Molded Grating Mold Inventory
Production Capacity
Fiberr maintains an extensive inventory of molded-grating production molds covering minimesh, standard mesh, high-capacity grating, stair tread, and fencing configurations.
Each mold can produce approximately one full 40 ft high-cube container of molded grating per month under normal production conditions. Multiple molds for the same product configuration allow concurrent production and increased monthly capacity.

production estimate is an approximate planning value. Actual output and
lead time depend on panel size, panel depth, resin system, fire-retardant
formulation, surface treatment, covered construction, color, production
scheduling, maintenance, and order mix.
