Product Overview

This 1.5-inch-deep high-capacity molded FRP grating uses a dense 1-inch × 2-inch rectangular mesh with substantially thicker load bars than standard molded grating. The reinforced bar geometry provides high stiffness, concentrated-load resistance, and elevated load capacity while retaining the corrosion resistance and electrical nonconductivity associated with fiberglass-reinforced polymer.

Common applications include heavily loaded industrial platforms, maintenance decks, equipment access areas, process facilities, wastewater and water-treatment plants, chemical-processing plants, marine structures, trench covers, loading areas, and locations where standard molded grating does not provide sufficient strength or stiffness.
