These Terms of Service govern your use of fiberrstore.com and purchases from FiberrStore, operated by Fiberr USA, LLC. “Fiberr,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fiberr USA, LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the person or business using our website or purchasing our products.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business.

For FiberrStore purchases, the Return & Refund Policy controls any conflict concerning return eligibility, authorized return shipping, replacement or refund, and refund processing. Nothing in these Terms reduces the commitments expressly made in that policy.

Use of Our Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes, including learning about our products, requesting assistance, and placing orders. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent orders or false billing, delivery, account, or payment information.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorization.
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Use the website in a manner that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

We may restrict website or account access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms. Such restrictions do not eliminate obligations we owe for existing purchases.

Accounts and Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and for keeping any account credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Product Information and Specifications

Products are subject to availability. Please review the product description, dimensions, quantity, resin type, color, load requirements, and other relevant specifications before ordering.

Product performance and manufacturing tolerances are governed by the applicable technical data specifications and Product Warranty. General website descriptions, photographs, and examples do not replace those documents. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, and permitted production variations.

We may update product listings, specifications, and prices for future orders. Changes do not retroactively alter the agreed specifications or price of an accepted order. Material substitutions or changes require your agreement.

Orders and Availability

An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We may contact you to verify payment, availability, specifications, or delivery arrangements before fulfilling it.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as product unavailability, an unresolved listing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or an inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and refund the amounts paid for the canceled portion, including associated shipping charges.

We will not increase an accepted order’s price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout or specified in your written quote.

Payment is required when the order is placed unless we agree otherwise in writing. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Written quotes may include an expiration date, minimum quantity, payment schedule, and other order-specific conditions. Discounts and promotions apply only when their stated requirements are met.

Errors and Corrections

We strive to provide accurate information, but errors in pricing, availability, or product descriptions may occur. If an error materially affects your order, we will contact you to explain the correction and any available options. If the order cannot proceed on mutually agreed terms, we will cancel the affected portion and refund the related payment.

Custom and Factory Orders

Custom, cut, special-order, and factory-order products may have minimum quantities, production requirements, and longer lead times. Review and confirm all specifications and order-specific conditions before purchasing.

Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted promptly. Our ability to accommodate a request depends on the order’s status, including whether production, cutting, or shipping has begun. Any applicable cancellation restrictions or charges must be disclosed and agreed before purchase.

Nondefective products supplied as ordered are not eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy. This restriction does not exclude otherwise eligible claims for covered defects, incorrectly supplied products, or rights provided by applicable law.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, charges, pickup arrangements, and estimated timelines are described in our Shipping Policy and any order-specific information provided before purchase.

Delivery estimates may be affected by availability, production, carrier schedules, weather, customs, or other circumstances. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised period, we will provide notice and offer delay-consent or cancellation and refund options as required by applicable law.

FiberrStore shipments are covered by shipping insurance. Please report transit damage promptly and preserve the products, packaging, photographs, and delivery documents needed to review the issue.

Inspection and Acceptance

Inspect products promptly upon delivery and before cutting, modifying, installing, or using them. Report visible defects, shortages, and discrepancies within the deadlines stated in our Return & Refund Policy and Product Warranty.

Installation or use constitutes acceptance of the delivered products, except for properly reported defects and rights preserved by applicable law. Prior installation or use does not, by itself, exclude an otherwise covered hidden manufacturing defect.

Stop using or installing an affected product when you discover a suspected defect and contact us for instructions.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns and claim resolutions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy . Returns require prior written authorization.

For approved claims, Fiberr may, at its option, replace the affected products or provide a refund. We pay authorized return shipping and replacement shipping as described in that policy.

Once we agree to a refund, funds will be returned to the original payment source within five business days, including the associated shipping charges covered by the refund. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

Manufacturer Warranty

Eligible FRP products carry the manufacturer’s 24-month limited warranty, subject to its coverage, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures. Review the Product Warranty before purchasing.

Fiberr USA, LLC serves as the customer contact for warranty administration and coordinates evaluation with the manufacturer. The additional commitments in our Return & Refund Policy apply to FiberrStore purchases.

Nothing in these Terms disclaims or limits a statutory warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product Selection, Design, and Installation

You are responsible for selecting products suitable for your intended application and for appropriate system design, engineering, support, installation, maintenance, and compliance with applicable codes.

Products must be used within the limits of their applicable technical specifications. Obtain qualified engineering or installation assistance where required, particularly for structural, load-bearing, guardrail, or other safety-related applications.

General product guidance does not constitute site-specific engineering approval or certification unless expressly provided under a separate written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from a product claim is limited to the purchase price of the specifically affected products, together with any shipping payments or refunds expressly required by our Return & Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, loss of use, project delays, or downtime. Labor, removal, installation, equipment, and testing costs are excluded except where expressly agreed in writing or required by law.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. They do not reduce an express refund or shipping commitment in our published policies.

Intellectual Property

Website text, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content belong to Fiberr, its affiliates, or their respective licensors.

You may view, download, and print product information for evaluating, purchasing, installing, or using our products. Other reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by applicable law. Ownership notices must not be removed.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use third-party payment services or link to external websites. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control external websites or guarantee their content.

Use of third-party services does not relieve us of our obligations to you as the seller.

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Events such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government actions, or utility outages may affect performance. We will communicate material effects on your order and take reasonable steps to address them.

Such events do not eliminate applicable rights to cancellation or refund or allow us to retain payment when a refund is required by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory applicable law, disputes shall be brought in the state courts located in Broward County, Florida, or the federal court serving that county.

Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern in good faith. This request does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or meeting an applicable filing deadline.

Nothing in this section deprives consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where applicable law provides those rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Updated Terms apply prospectively. Purchases remain subject to the Terms and policies in effect when the order was placed, unless you agree otherwise or applicable law requires a change.

General Provisions

These Terms, the referenced policies, and any applicable written order agreement form the agreement concerning your purchase. A separately agreed written order term controls a conflict only to the extent it expressly addresses that subject, subject to applicable law.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

“Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
