Product Overview

This 2-inch-deep high-capacity molded FRP grating uses a dense 1-inch × 2-inch rectangular mesh with heavy load-bearing bars. Its greater depth, reduced open area, and reinforced bar geometry provide substantially increased stiffness, concentrated-load resistance, and span capability compared with standard molded grating and the 1.5-inch-deep high-capacity profile.

Common applications include heavily loaded industrial platforms, equipment-support access areas, process decks, trench covers, maintenance platforms, marine structures, wastewater and water-treatment facilities, chemical-processing plants, loading areas, and other corrosive environments requiring elevated structural performance.
