Documentation - Molded Grating - .75x4xh1.5-standard
0.75 × 4 × H 1.5" (19 × 100 × H 38 mm) Standard
Product Overview
This 1.5-inch-deep molded FRP grating uses a directional 0.75-inch × 4-inch rectangular mesh. The closely spaced load-bearing bars and increased panel depth provide greater stiffness and span capability than the 1-inch-deep version, while the elongated openings maintain a high percentage of open area for drainage, airflow, and light transmission.
This configuration is suited to applications where the primary span direction is known and the support structure can be aligned with the load-bearing bars. Common uses include industrial walkways, equipment platforms, elevated maintenance access, trench and drainage covers, wastewater facilities, marine structures, chemical-processing plants, ventilation panels, and other corrosive environments requiring a relatively lightweight panel with enhanced structural performance.
