How Shipping Works
How Shipping Works
Order from our available inventory, place a factory order, or combine both in one order. Here’s what to expect for shipping, timing, and pickup.
All customer shipments originate from our Miami-area warehouse. All time estimates are in business days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
In-Stock Orders
For online orders of in-stock items, enter your delivery address at checkout to see available shipping options and quotes. Options depend on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
Typically ships within 2 business days after ordering. The order cutoff is 12 noon Eastern Time. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after ordering for in-stock pieces and pallets, depending on shipping method and destination. This overall estimate includes processing and transit time.

| Truck / LTL | Larger shipments, including grating and long pultruded parts, travel by less-than-truckload (LTL) freight. We obtain quotes from national carriers such as Averitt and Estes. Delivery is generally curbside. Please confirm unloading arrangements and any liftgate or special delivery needs before ordering. |
| Parcel | Orders that meet parcel weight and dimension limits can ship with carriers such as UPS or USPS. |
| Local Delivery | Available for destinations within 100 miles of our warehouse. |

Pickup is by appointment after we confirm your order is ready.

Place Factory Order
Items marked “Place Factory Order” are not currently in inventory. When you order these items, we place an order with our factory in Türkiye, near the port of Izmir.
We bring containers from our factory into our Miami-area warehouse approximately monthly, with no shipping charge from factory to warehouse. Once your goods arrive, the shipping and pickup options above apply. Shipping from our warehouse to your address is charged separately unless included in your written quote.
We’ll keep you updated as your factory-order items are produced and shipped to our warehouse, then coordinate delivery or pickup once they are ready.

Mixed Orders: In-Stock and Factory-Order Items
If your order contains both in-stock and factory-order items, we’ll contact you after you place your order to coordinate shipping. You can choose to receive the in-stock items first or wait until the factory-order items arrive and have everything shipped together.

| Ship Everything Together | We hold the in-stock portion of your order until the factory-order items arrive at our warehouse, then arrange shipment of the complete order. The factory-order timeline determines when the combined order can be delivered; the 5–10-business-day estimate for in-stock orders does not apply to the combined order. |
Shipping arrangements and costs: Separate shipments may have different shipping costs than a combined shipment. We’ll confirm your preferred option and any applicable shipping charges with you before dispatch.
We’ll keep you updated on the factory-order portion of your order. Delivery and warehouse pickup remain subject to the arrangements confirmed for your order and our Shipping Policy.
