Documentation - Molded Grating - 1.5x1.5xh1.2-standard

1.5 × 1.5 × H 1.2" (38 × 38 × H 30 mm) Standard

Product Overview

This 1.2-inch-deep molded FRP grating uses a square 1.5-inch × 1.5-inch mesh with a 68% open area. The square mesh provides comparable support characteristics in both panel directions, allowing flexible panel orientation and field fabrication while maintaining drainage, airflow, and light transmission.

The additional depth provides greater stiffness and load capacity than the 1-inch-deep version without the added weight of a full 1.5-inch panel. Common uses include pedestrian walkways, maintenance platforms, equipment access areas, trench covers, wastewater facilities, marine environments, food-processing plants, chemical-processing facilities, and other corrosive locations requiring lightweight, nonconductive grating.
