Colors are commonly specified using the RAL color-matching system.
RAL color system: RAL is a standardized color-matching
system developed in Germany and widely used for paints, coatings,
plastics, and manufactured products. Each color is assigned a unique
four-digit code, such as RAL 7012 for Basalt Grey, to support consistent
reproduction across manufacturers and industries.

Vermilion
RAL 2002
A strong red-orange color used for hazard identification,
restricted zones, emergency equipment areas, machinery guards, and
locations requiring high visual prominence.
Traffic Orange
RAL 2009
A highly visible orange commonly used for warning areas,
construction zones, temporary access routes, machinery protection,
and industrial safety identification.
Signal Yellow
RAL 1003
A saturated yellow suitable for safety markings, designated
pathways, caution areas, equipment zones, and applications requiring
strong visual contrast.
Traffic Yellow
RAL 1023
A common industrial safety color used for walkways, stair treads,
platform edges, caution zones, access points, and areas where high
visibility is important.
Signal Green
RAL 6032
Commonly used to identify safe routes, designated access areas,

Signal Grey

Basalt Grey

In addition to the standard palette, Fiberr can produce custom molded
grating colors upon request. Spectrophotometer-based color-matching
tools are used in our laboratory to measure the target sample and
develop a corresponding pigment formulation.
Custom color matching can support corporate branding, architectural
coordination, safety identification, equipment standards, replacement
projects, and applications requiring compatibility with an existing
color specification.
This color-matching service is provided at no additional cost.
Physical samples or approved color references may be required before
production to establish the applicable visual and instrumental color
tolerances.
