Corrugated FRP Sheet Profiles

Fiberr corrugated fiberglass-reinforced plastic sheets combine the corrosion resistance and low weight of FRP with formed ribs that increase panel stiffness. Corrugated sheets are used for roofing, siding, equipment enclosures, cooling-tower casing, industrial cladding, daylighting, and replacement panels in corrosive or high-moisture environments.

The available profiles range from closely spaced, shallow corrugations for conventional roofing and siding to wide, deep structural ribs for large-area industrial cladding. Profiles may also be selected to match existing metal, cement, or FRP panels during retrofit and replacement projects.

Fiberr corrugated FRP sheet profile
Corrugated FRP sheet provides increased profile stiffness while maintaining low weight and corrosion resistance.
Fiberr corrugated FRP panels in an industrial application
Corrugated profiles are available for roofing, siding, cladding, cooling towers, enclosures, and replacement-panel applications.
Profile dimensions: Each profile is identified by its nominal pitch and depth. Pitch is the horizontal distance from one repeating crest to the next. Depth is the vertical distance from the crest to the trough. Greater profile depth generally provides increased stiffness, while pitch affects panel appearance, overlap, coverage, and compatibility with adjacent panels.
Profile Selection Select the profile based on the required application, existing panel compatibility, clear span, support spacing, panel thickness, wind loading, drainage, overlap, and fastening arrangement.
Custom Construction Profiles can be produced with configurable thickness, reinforcement, resin, color, UV protection, fire-retardant formulation, surface finish, and opacity, subject to manufacturing requirements.
Profiles Made to Specification In addition to the profiles listed below, Fiberr can produce corrugated profiles to customer specification. Provide a dimensioned drawing, physical sample, profile tracing, or detailed pitch, depth, crown, trough, overlap, and coverage dimensions for review.

4.875 × 1.75 in Deep V-beam profile 4.875 in 1.75 in 123.8 mm 44.5 mm A comparatively deep, close-spaced profile used where additional panel rigidity is required without moving to a very wide rib pattern, including industrial roofs, walls, and process enclosures.
V-Beam Industrial Roofs High Stiffness
5.33 inch pitch by 1.5 inch deep corrugated FRP profile
5.33 × 1.5 in Medium-width V-beam profile 5.33 in 1.50 in 135.4 mm 38.1 mm A medium-width, deep profile that balances stiffness and rib frequency for industrial walls, roofs, equipment shelters, and corrosion-resistant replacement panels.
V-Beam Equipment Shelters Roof & Wall
6.5 inch pitch by 2 inch deep FRP roof profile
6.5 × 2 in Deep roof profile 6.50 in 2.00 in 165.1 mm 50.8 mm A deep roofing profile intended for applications requiring increased section stiffness, pronounced drainage channels, and greater separation between the panel surface and supporting structure.
Roofing Drainage Deep Rib
7 inch pitch by 1.5 inch deep corrugated FRP profile
7 × 1.5 in Wide box-rib profile 7.00 in 1.50 in 177.8 mm 38.1 mm A broad rib profile used for industrial building walls, equipment housings, cooling-tower casing, and roof or siding systems where a strong, clean, widely spaced rib pattern is preferred.
Box Rib Wall Panels Cooling Towers
7.2 inch pitch by 1.5 inch deep corrugated FRP profile
7.2 × 1.5 in Wide industrial rib profile 7.20 in 1.50 in 182.9 mm 38.1 mm A deep, widely spaced profile suited to industrial roof and wall systems, cooling-tower casing, chemical-process buildings, and larger panels requiring increased profile stiffness.

Existing-panel matching: When replacing or extending an existing roof or wall system, provide a dimensioned drawing, profile tracing, physical sample, or clear measurements of the pitch, depth, crown width, trough width, rib shape, overlap, and panel coverage. Nominal pitch and depth alone may not establish full profile compatibility.
Custom corrugation profiles: Fiberr can produce corrugated profiles to specification. Custom profile development is subject to technical review, tooling requirements, minimum production quantities, material construction, and confirmation of the required dimensions and tolerances.
General guidance only: The application descriptions are intended as initial profile-selection guidance. Final suitability depends on panel thickness, reinforcement configuration, resin system, support spacing, load direction, wind pressure and suction, roof slope, drainage, fastener type, overlap, sealing, thermal movement, fire requirements, and applicable engineering or building-code requirements. Corrugated panels should not be treated as walkable unless the specific construction has been designed, tested, and approved for foot traffic.
