Fiberr FRP Sheet Products

Fiberr fiberglass-reinforced plastic sheets and panels are lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant materials engineered for industrial, commercial, architectural, transportation, cooling-tower, and mobile-enclosure applications. Manufactured with continuous or layered glass reinforcement and thermosetting resin systems, Fiberr sheets provide a resilient, cleanable surface with consistent thickness and long-term performance.

Products are available in flat or corrugated profiles, as continuous coil or cut panels, and with configurable colors, surface textures, finishes, reinforcement systems, backside treatments, fire-retardant constructions, and UV-protective coatings.

  • FiberrShield is a configurable sheet product typically manufactured from 0.039–0.118 in (1–3 mm) for truck, trailer, and RV interior or exterior surfaces.
  • FiberrCool is a corrosion-resistant flat or corrugated cladding sheet developed for cooling-tower casing, enclosure, and exterior panel applications.

FiberrSmart

Nominal 0.09 in (2.286 mm) FRP Wall and Ceiling Sheet

FiberrSmart is a lightweight, durable FRP liner sheet used for wall and ceiling coverings in commercial kitchens, restrooms, food processing facilities, hospitals, utility areas, and other high-moisture or hygiene-sensitive environments.

Its nonporous, impact-resistant surface protects interior walls from moisture, chemicals, abrasion, and everyday damage while supporting easy cleaning and low-maintenance operation.

FiberrShield

Configurable FRP Sheet for Trucks, Trailers, RVs, and Mobile Enclosures

FiberrShield is engineered for interior and exterior truck bodies, RV walls, trailers, and mobile enclosures. It provides a lightweight, resilient finished surface that resists moisture, impact, corrosion, road exposure, and ultraviolet light.

FiberrShield supports efficient OEM production, retrofit projects, and aftermarket installations. It is available in continuous coil or cut-panel form, with wide-format capability and configurable reinforcement, surface, resin, and coating options.

FiberrCool

Corrosion-Resistant FRP Cladding for Cooling Towers

FiberrCool is an FRP sheet and panel system developed for cooling-tower casing, exterior cladding, enclosure walls, and equipment screening. It is designed for continuously wet, chemically treated, humid, and outdoor environments where conventional metal cladding can corrode and require repeated maintenance.

Available in flat or corrugated profiles, FiberrCool combines low weight with moisture resistance, impact durability, and configurable UV, fire-retardant, resin, reinforcement, and surface options. Corrugated profiles provide additional panel stiffness while supporting efficient drainage and overlapping installation.

Coil or Cut Panel

Supplied as continuous coil for automated processing and lamination, or as cut panels produced to standard or project-specific dimensions.

Flat or Corrugated Profile

Available as flat sheet or in corrugated profiles selected for structural performance, drainage, roofing, cladding, cooling-tower casing, or aesthetic requirements.

Thickness

FiberrSmart is manufactured at a nominal 0.09 in (2.286 mm). FiberrShield is typically produced from 0.039–0.118 in (1–3 mm). Fiberr can manufacture sheet from approximately 0.039–0.197 in (1–5 mm), depending on reinforcement, profile, surface construction, and application.

Sheet Width

Wide-format production is available up to approximately 116 in (9 ft 8 in / 2,950 mm) to reduce seams, improve appearance, and support large-panel fabrication.

Surface Texture & Finish

Smooth or embossed surfaces are available in semi-gloss or high-gloss finishes. Optional no-slip textures can be used for flooring and walkable applications.

Protective Film

Temporary protective film can be applied to reduce surface damage during handling, fabrication, shipping, and installation.

Backside Preparation

Sanded or corona-treated backside surfaces are available to improve adhesive wet-out, bond strength, and long-term lamination performance.

Surface Coating

Optional gel-coated surfaces can provide enhanced UV protection, improved appearance, increased fire performance, and antibacterial properties for hygiene-sensitive environments.

Fiberglass Reinforcement

Available with chopped strand mat, woven roving, surface veil, or multiple reinforcement layers configured to increase strength, improve surface quality, and enhance weathering performance.

Resin System

Available in isophthalic polyester or PET-based resin systems, including formulations with recycled content where required to support sustainability objectives.

Fire-Retardant Construction

Fire-retardant versions are available to meet ASTM E84 Class A or Class C requirements, subject to the selected construction and certified product configuration.

Color Options

Available in standard RAL colors or customer-specific color matches to support interior design, exterior appearance, safety marking, cooling-tower appearance, and OEM branding requirements.

UV Protection

UV stabilizers, surface veils, pigmentation, and gel-coated finishes can be incorporated for exterior, cooling-tower, and other sun-exposed applications.

Custom Construction

Fiber layers, resin systems, thickness, color, profile, surface treatment, backside preparation, and coatings can be combined to meet project-specific performance and appearance requirements.
